Peter's OBX blog

When I came to SOAR, I had many traits. These traits have helped me a lot this past expedition. For example, I have kept group morale up by making dumb jokes. You wouldn’t think that impatience would be a good quality to have, but it actually is. It helps get things done more efficiently. It also decreases the amount of time that the group has to start drama. This group has a really bad habit of making mountains out of molehills.
Another trait which helped me this past expedition is my determination. It helps our timeliness and teamwork. It helps prevent negativity as well.
Another thing about me is that I am very task-oriented. I love the feeling of accomplishment that I get. I also stress out when something needs to be getting done and isn’t
This group has had many challenges, and I think that I have helped a lot to get through them.
