Sarah Wolfe’s Blog Prompt 5 3/16/12
During this
semester I have been a huge help to the team. Whenever the group started to
bicker, I would remind them on what we are trying to earn. It takes some time
for the team to either listen or agree with me.
One of the
very best things I did to help the team out this expedition, would be reminding
them the rules of the full value contract. I reminded the team by sometimes
telling them the rules. I also try to let staff handle the situation.
One of the
challenges I faced was controlling my frustration. What I did to handle it was
to let either yoda or staff handle the situation. It is sometimes hard for me
to not to say anything but I know if I get into the conversation it will just
get worse. So that’s why I’m glad that I don’t get into very many fights.
When my
parents told me that I was becoming a leader for my team, I felt very proud of
myself. I feel that I have been really improving this year.
I am very proud of you! You sound like you have grown even more this year and can handle even more responsibility. I can't wait to see what changes you make for yourself once you come home! You are the best!
