Last year I have learned a lot of things during each expedition. I have learned not to ask for help as  much. Instead I thought about the question in my head and figured out if I should ask or not. Last year whenever I needed help I didn’t say anything until I talked to staff.  So far I’m doing an awesome job this year.

One of the challenges I have had this year was motivating and helping my team out. Even though I am the oldest kid in the group I’m still trying. Most of the time I feel like becoming a leader. I’m learning how to handle some things on my own.

I’m really proud how much I am getting done here at SOAR. I just know that after I’m done here, I’ll be using all the skills and lessons that I have learned while I was here.
